From a Sugar Cane Field to an Oilfield Service Complex

The Farm features a 5,500sq/ft office with a 50,000sq/ft facility.

Jory L. Bernard, owner and president of The Farm, knows a good thing when he sees it. Take a left off of Highway 90 and travel about a mile, and you’ll see Jory Bernard’s steel fields. Reconditioning wellheads and other oil service equipment is the primary business at The Farm. Bernard along with his preferred builder ABS are continually changing the landscape of this farmland.

ABS is currently building Jory Bernard’s eighth major steel building in five years. We are developing a complex of related companies that feature both office space and warehouses combined. There are also separate, specially-designed warehouses, for refurbishing and storing oilfield equipment with interconnected drive ways for trucks and forklifts.

“We’ve utilized the services of Chuck and ABS for five years.” said Bernard. “I love the fact that ABS can provide me with design and turnkey construction. We have constructed modern buildings that look good and stand up just as well. Several of the structures are fronted with office space connected to warehouses. We have three other warehouses designed for my needs and a three-sided parking building."

Jory Bernard and The Farm aren’t finished yet. His plans are to use ABS for all phases of all his building projects.

Like we said, Jory Bernard knows a good thing when he sees it. The consistency of quality not only keeps the buildings in first class shape, it also keeps the relationships building.

ABS and Bernard are working to keep The Farm green. We used a combination of high efficiency lighting and translucent materials in order to lower the energey needed to light the facilities.
ABS provides all of the necessary skills and designs to construct facilities that are extremely eco-friendly and energy efficient.
